Q: My dress doesn't fit. What do I do?
A: Please email us at email@example.com to arrange local fitting/tailoring. We shall then process a partial refund to you, equal to the cost of this service.
Q: I would prefer to return the item(s)
We are happy to accommodate this request. Returns can be made within seven days of receiving order. Item(s) should be unworn with tags intact. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange return.
Things to note:
All our clothes are made by hand and shipped from Ghana. Payments are protected by PayPal buyer protection or 2Checkout chargeback policy, depending on payment method used.
Please be sure to select the correct size from our size chart, when placing your order. Please note that size charts differ from brand to brand. It is essential to use your recent measurements as a reference. You may also submit your measurements for a custom fit at no extra cost to you.
In the case of damaged items, please be sure to report, first, to your local DHL office or post office immediately to allow for speedy and accurate processing of reimbursement. After this you may e-mail us via the contact page to arrange a refund or replacement.
Each item ships within 7 business days from the day the order was submitted.
We accept cancellation requests within 24 hours of the order being placed.
All orders are shipped via :
- Ghana Post ltd. via USPS to the USA
- Ghana Post ltd. via Royal Mail to the UK
- DHL Express shipping for express shipping. This shipping method takes three business days for delivery.
TrueFond Ghana is not responsible for delays caused by customs while merchandise is en route, or as a result of an incorrect address submitted by the customer.
TrueFond Ghana is not responsible for customs duties/charges effected once package(s) arrive in recipients country.
Once package has been shipped and waybill number submitted to customer via email, TrueFond Ghana is not responsible for packages misplaced/delivered wrongly by the shipping company.
